Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical leadership across hardware development projects.
- Manage and mentor engineering staff through all stages of product development.
- Oversee hardware support, including compatibility and custom requests.
- Define project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive hardware processes : concept, schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing.
- Collaborate with software, manufacturing, and product teams for seamless integration.
- Prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and track KPIs.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices.

Supervisory Scope :
Direct oversight of 10 mechanical and electrical engineering team members.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.5+ years in engineering management.Proven success in launching hardware products.Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Altium), hardware design principles, and certification standards (UL, CE).Familiarity with Jira and ROI analysis.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
