Sunbelt Staffing, a trusted leader in healthcare staffing nationwide, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week field contract in Annapolis, MD. In this role, youll work with a reputable national home health agency, providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Contract Details :
- Location : Annapolis, MD , and surrounding areas
- Company : Sunbelt Staffing in partnership with a Nationwide Home Health Agency
- Contract Length : 13 Weeks (with possible extension upon successful start and completion)
- Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month on-call)
- Productivity : 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week
- Compensation : Negotiable, based on experience and territory budget, most commonly negotiated range is $50-$55per hour
- Mileage Reimbursement : .38c from patient home to home, 150-250 miles per week of expected travel
- Blended Pay Packages : Available for travelers

Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using OASIS, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with agency standards.Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinating with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care.Educate patients and their families about care plans, medication management, and other health-related topics.Maintain accurate patient records in Homecare Homebase (HCHB), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Travel to patient homes withinarea, using reliable transportation.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.Adhere to Joint Commission standards and other regulatory requirements.Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.Minimum of 1 year of home health experience working in the field.Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.Oasis Certified strongly preferred, but not requiredCurrent American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.Ability to meet Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer.Location Details : Annapolis, MD , the capital of Maryland, is a historic waterfront city known for its charming colonial architecture, vibrant downtown, and maritime culture.
