Position Overview

As a Roofing Siding and Gutter Project Manager / Quality Control Manager at TJR Construction, you'll oversee residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, field-based position that requires travel throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead roofing, siding, and gutter projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Job Site Supervision : Oversee daily operations at job sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and work is progressing efficiently.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Client Communication : Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Team Leadership : Manage and coordinate subcontractors and crew members to achieve project goals.
• Material and Equipment Management : Manage inventory and equipment on-site.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate project records, including photos daily logs and progress reports.
