Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python, etc.).
Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement, and ad tech solutions.
Experience in media management or advertising effectiveness research.
Ability to influence and communicate cross‑functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

The Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics leads a team of Pod‑aligned Data Transformation Leads and Analytical Leads to grow Google revenue and advance client data, tech, and measurement maturity. In this role, you will lead that work for customers in the Education and Careers vertical. You will be the team’s measurement and analytics expert, lead the team’s strategy across data and measurement priorities, and serve as an active member of the Education and Careers Vertical leadership team.
Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world’s leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market‑shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
Sell clients on the value proposition of Google measurement solutions required to unlock customer objectives and growth.
Sell clients on the value proposition of data strength and Google’s tech infrastructure.
Build and sustain an effective and collaborative team. Support team in delivering full‑funnel measurement strategies and learning agendas. Identify new business opportunities to drive customer outcomes. Coach and inspire the team to focus on the value opportunities.
Cultivate, lead, and manage relationships with executive leaders. Lead regular discussions to understand business issues and collaborate with Industry Directors, Heads of Industry, Go‑to‑Market, and gPS to deliver on measurement and revenue goals.
Deliver business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate / optimize business outcomes.
