Join Our Team as a BCBA Supervisor at Stepping Stones ABA!

Do you want to work somewhere that values you as much as the clients we serve? At Stepping

Stones ABA, we’re more than just an ABA company—we’re a locally owned, BCBA-led

We’re currently seeking full- and part-time BCBA Supervisors to join our growing team

isn’t just a buzzword.

✅ BCBA Presence Matters – Your clinical expertise is valued, not diluted.

✅ Strong Support Systems – Dedicated RBT trainers, monthly LPA supervision for NC

psychology compliance, and streamlined scheduling handled by our team (not you).

✅ Insurance Powerhouse – We’re in-network with all major carriers, including TRICARE,

Medicaid, Aetna, BCBS, United, and more.

What You Bring

  • BCBA certification through the BACB (required)
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for ABA
  • A reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
  • Benefits & Perks
