Job descriptionWorking from 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday with some overtime required to meet business needs Managing daily plant operations, enforcing safety protocols, and overseeing shipping, receiving, and freight staff Coordinating shipping operations and reporting any issues to the plant manager Training staff and supporting their development Troubleshooting and solving problems Upholding a safe, clean, and positive environment Preparing finished tanks for shipment and placing them on pallets Operating machinery like forklifts and cranes to move tanks and trailers Weighing packages for invoices and bills of lading Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods and reporting defects Transferring products, objects, molds, and parts to designated areas Setting up, operating, and maintaining spray foam equipment Some higher education Manufacturing experience Professional management experience Knowledge of boom crane operation and related hand signals Willingness to learn more and actively participate in on-the-job training Ability to identify and interpret specification sheets Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaborate with a team Ability to lift 50 lbs., lift 20 lbs. overhead, wear PPE, and perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to read, write, and speak English Basic math skills High school diploma Experience operating an outdoor boom crane Inventory experience Shipping and receiving experience Ability to use various software
