$2,000 to $2,100 per week
About The Position
- Provide patient-centered care for mothers and infants throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care based on maternal and neonatal conditions.
- Monitor and interpret fetal heart rate patterns and maternal assessments.
- Assist in labor management, vaginal and operative deliveries, and newborn stabilization.
- Administer medications and manage epidural and IV therapies per hospital protocol.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding the birthing process and postpartum care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR.
- Float to other maternal-child units or sister campuses as required.
- Participate in unit call schedule and assist as core staff within the unit culture.

Job Requirements
Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience required.BLS – Basic Life SupportACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life SupportNRP – Neonatal Resuscitation ProgramDegree from an accredited nursing program (must appear on profile),OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant LDRP experience in lieu of degree accreditation.Licensure : Active and unencumbered Florida RN license or compact equivalent.EMR : Experience with Epic required.About Job.com
