A Day in the Life :

As a leader in content creation at Monster Energy Company, you'll be at the helm of developing innovative creative concepts and campaigns that bring our dynamic brand to life. Your role encompasses the entire marketing lifecycle of our products or services—from research and development to sales. Collaborate with diverse teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience and drive the brand forward in the market. The Impact You'll Make :

Partner with marketing teams to create and manage strategic content plans to align with brand goals and objectives.
Oversee content development workflows, managing project timelines, approvals, and alignment across multiple stakeholders, while proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely execution.
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, to ensure cohesive content execution. Drive operational efficiency in content planning by refining processes and implementing best practices.
Maintain a clear content calendar and project tracking system to keep teams aligned and informed.
Monitor content performance and provide insights to optimize future initiatives. Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration, oversee stakeholder communications, and ensure timely approvals.

Who You Are :

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field of study

More than 5 years of experience in brand management experience including strategy, brand building, new product development, launch activation creative development and execution

Between 3-5 years of experience in project management

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Digital Asset Management a plus

Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency. Strong attention to detail, adaptability to shifting priorities, and the ability to navigate complex approval processes across multiple time zones.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of USD $105,000 - USD $140,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
