Starting Pay $20+, depends on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup : Set up and operate various equipment for complex processes including cutting, buffing, bending, punching, spot welding, milling, and general assembly.
• Precision Tooling : Arrange, mount, align, and secure tooling and holding fixtures. Perform short-run programming and make frequent adjustments to ensure safe and quality operation.
• Advanced Equipment Monitoring :
• Monitor various CNC Machines and Machining Centers .
• Monitor and perform regular Preventative Maintenance (PM) on Wire EDM Machines .
• Resolve machine problems and edit / write EDM programs.
• Quality & Compliance : Perform ongoing quality checks using inspection instruments (calipers, micrometers, rulers) to ensure parts hold precise tolerances per detailed blueprints and specifications.
• Process Improvement : Recognize, report, and correct errors; record production deviations to continuously improve product quality and efficiency.
• Teamwork : Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to expedite orders cost-effectively.
