Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will organize and oversee construction procedures, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time. This role requires an analytical mind and exceptional organizational skills to manage a team of professionals across different disciplines. The goal is to deliver all projects on schedule, within budget, and according to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables.
• Predict resources needed to complete projects.
• Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
• Draft and submit budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
• Manage costs to adhere to budget constraints.
• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.
• Manage construction schedules and activities.
• Issue progress updates regarding costs and timelines as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
• Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate efforts across the entire project among architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Work Environment

The Project Manager will primarily work in the office with site visits as required for meetings. The company is experiencing growth, with current revenue at $12 million per year and plans to double annually, offering opportunities for advancement into senior project management and leadership roles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08 / hr.
