Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Plus Department in Mattoon, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Join an established outpatient-only practice
• Convenient Care Plus is open 7 days a week from 8 am - 8 pm
• Typical schedule will be 12 hour shifts / 3 days a week; includes minimum of 3-4 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) requirement per month and holidays are shared among the group
• Flexible scheduling
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization
• No call responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $62.36 - $81.06 / hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
