A fun, fast-paced, and highly collaborative downtown real estate law firm is seeking a Finance Specialist / Collections Manager to join their growing team. What You'll Do :

• Draft, execute, and maintain documentation for retainers, NDAs, vendor contracts, and internal agreements for the Managing Partner
• File and support arbitration matters (NYCLA and AAA), including drafting narratives, tracking deadlines, calendaring, and attending hearings
• Collaborate directly with the CFO on billing, payroll, collections, expense reconciliation, time entry, invoice generation, and financial reporting
• Negotiate payment plans with clients to reduce delinquent accounts and implement proactive collections strategies
• Maintain and update a comprehensive client database, tracking contributions and engagement to drive business optimization
