Position Summary: Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to deliver outstanding service, while assisting co-workers to ensure a smooth and efficient restaurant operation. A fun, bubbly personality and at least one year of serving experience are required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
● Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
● Greet guests at the table, ensuring they feel comfortable and well taken care of.
● Inform guests about specials, menu changes, and any available substitutions.
● Upsell menu items, beverages, and specials and maintain required sales performance targets.
● Answer questions about the menu, beverages, and other restaurant services.
● Take food and beverage orders promptly and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
● Take drink orders and serve beverages from the bar to the table.
● Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
● Perform side work at the start and end of each shift, as assigned.
● Maintain clean service areas.
● Monitor guests' dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction with both food and service.
● Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns.
● Prepare the final bill, present the check, and process payments.
● Pre-bus tables and assist the busser with clearing and cleaning during busy periods.
● Thank guests for dining with us and invite them to return.
● Be ready and willing to assist co-workers as needed.
● Fill in as required to ensure smooth restaurant operations as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
● Must be flexible and willing to assist in any front-of-house (FOH) positions, including performing bathroom checks and cleaning, as needed.
Qualifications:
● Experience: 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
● A fun, energetic and positive personality to engage with guests.
● Ability to stand for long periods (up to 6 hours).
● Strong communication skills in the predominant language(s) of our guests.
● Basic math skills with the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
● Current, valid California food handlers card
