What You Will Be Doing

• Be an Industrial Engineering thought leader across the enterprise.
• Apply advanced Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to analyze business processes to improve cost, schedule, staffing and capacity across the Advanced Development Program line of business.
• Interrogate data systems and look for opportunities to surface problems and drive improvements.
• Drive process improvement efforts to include ensuring adoption and obtainment of intended results.
• Train stakeholders and peers.
• Security clearance needed to start.

Work Schedule Information : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week to condensed schedules with additional time away from the office. These schedules are in addition to PTO benefits.
