Great Leadership Opportunity! St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Manager who is more than a clinician - we are looking for a change maker, leader, and visionary who thrives on innovation and advance care for our most fragile patients.

This Key Leader In Our Neonatal ICU Will

• Lead with expertise - Provide direct leadership to our NNP team, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness
• Drive Innovation - Champion progressive models of NNP practice, building structures that optimize patient outcomes and align with national best practices.
• Inspire and develop talent - Mentor, coach, and empower NNPs to grow professionally while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountablility, and innovation.
• Shape the future - Partner with nursing and physician leadership to design and implement visionary care models that expand the role of NNPs and strengthen our program.
• Advance outcomes - Use data-driven decision making to enhance quality, reduce variability, and ensure the highest standards of patient- and family-centered care.
