We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking an experienced Case Manager with proven trial preparation expertise to join us.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a full caseload of personal injury pre-litigation files, from client intake through settlement.

Handle vehicle property damage and total loss claims, including reimbursement of deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses.

Coordinate client medical treatment with providers (chiropractors, imaging centers, orthopedists, neuroligists, specialists), ensuring all treatment is tracked and documented accurately.

Draft and organize settlement demand packages with precision and attention to detail.

Communicate regularly with insurance companies, opposing parties, and clients to advance case progress.

Maintain strong client relationships by providing consistent updates, returning calls promptly, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Accurately update case files and manage documentation using MS Office Suite; Filevine experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

2+ years of experience managing personal injury pre-litigation cases.

Strong knowledge of the personal injury claims process, from initial filing through settlement.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
