Key Responsibilities :

Provide accurate, impartial, and confidential sign language interpretation.

Interpret in real-time during scheduled or emergency assignments.

Adapt communication style to match the needs of clients (ASL, PSE, SEE, etc.).

Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a supportive, respectful environment.

Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity at all times.

Requirements :

Certification from RID (Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf) or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 2 years of interpreting experience (educational, medical, or community settings)

Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and English.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality protocols.
