ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced full-time Building Inspector with a minimum SECRET clearance for a position located in Washington, DC. Duties may include performing inspections for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure damage, entering data into a Computerized Maintenance Management System, performing preventative maintenance inspections, inspecting for functionality and operational condition of the building, and entering service call tickets into the CMMS for any discrepancies / issues noted during inspections. Required qualifications include an active or interim SECRET clearance, minimum five (5) years of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment maintenance, repair, and / or inspection experience, experience inspecting government facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, minimum high school diploma or equivalent, vocational training and / or skilled trade certification, proficiency using MS Office, and effective communication skills.
