Job Description: Senior Application Support Analyst
Overview: As Application Support Analyst provides daily technical and user support for the Bank's business applications and systems. This position ensures stable operations, accurate data, and timely resolution of system issues by collaborating with IT staff, vendors, and users across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical and user support for assigned banking systems and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors or user issues following established procedures
- Monitor system performance and report recurring issues to IT management
- Perform configuration, access management, and maintenance tasks as directed
- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of software updates or patches
- Document troubleshooting steps, issue logs, and standard procedures
- Coordinate with vendors or IT staff when escalation or system intervention is required
- Provide user guidance and assist with training materials for new or updated features
- Support departmental initiatives related to system evaluation, integration, and automation by assisting with testing, documentation, and user coordination as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in application, technical, or helpdesk support preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow structured procedures
- Team-oriented and customer-focused approach
