Rate Caps for Submission :

Malpractice - Must be included in rates.

Orientation -

• half the hourly / callback rate
• kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"

Holiday - Must be 1.5x the regular rate

Schedule / Availability Requirements :

inpatient only; 24 hour call

10-20 Shifts per month for 6-9 months - Will consider weekends only, weekend coverage is typically Fridays at 7am to Mondays at 7am.

Facility Location : Trinity Health System - Steubenville, OH

Setting : Inpatient

FTE : 1-2

# Providers Needed : 1-2

Duties : inpatient rounding, ER consults, inpatient procedures, possibly scheduled high-risk patients

Required Procedures : Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP(Preferred)

EMR : Meditech

Patients per Day : 8-12 procedures per day

Support Staff : CRNA, MDA, RN, Tech

Reason for Coverage : medical leave & physician departure
