Manager

We are looking for a new manager for our Middleburg Heights Subway location to join our team 5 days a week. Expect to lead by example, coach and train your team, adhere to food safety and company policies, be responsible for staying within food budgets, weekly inventory, and paperwork. The store manager is responsible for their team and ensuring the store is staffed, stocked, and ready to give great customer service!

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
