Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location : Colorado Springs, CO (North and South clinic locations available)

Pay : $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy in the clinic, home, or community under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect, record, and input data accurately and on time.
• Maintain open, professional communication with clinical and administrative teams.
• Use Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Track daily data for skill acquisition and behavior management.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

Running, squatting, kneeling, and engaging in play activities with children.
