Schedule :

The Intern is scheduled to work 40 hours a week. Schedules will vary weekly, based upon business needs. The Internship will begin on June 1st, 2026 and will end on August 7th, 2026.

Please note this position resides in our brand office in Carlisle Pa (1149 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, Pa. 17013) and will require 3 in-person days each week in office.

What are we looking for?

  • Students with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Students who are at least a sophomore in college

  • What will you do?

  • Gain exposure to various business functions including HR, Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations to learn how each contributes to overall company success through hands-on administrative and project-based experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve communication, and support key initiatives across the organization
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, taking detailed notes and following up on assigned action items
  • Provide general project support as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn about different areas of the business

  • Essential Functions / Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other software to effectively communicate with others and produce work products as assigned
  • Ability to sit, stand, move about, grasp, reach, type, speak, and lift up to 10 lbs. frequently as required by daily work assignments
  • Detailed-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in a group setting, either physically or virtually
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a discrete and professional manner Must have the ability to travel for work via personal or community mass transportation if needed
  • Ability to observe company policies and work rules, and other duties as assigned by your supervisor
