Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and troubleshoot various technical issues
Document troubleshooting actions and collaborate with teams to escalate complex defects
Contribute to knowledge base and ensure timely updates and communication with customers
Required Qualifications
1-3 years in SaaS technical support or a related customer-facing role
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript, REST APIs) and relational databases (SQL)
Experience with application configuration, user roles, and permissions
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM system
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
