Job Summary :
The Accounting Operations Analyst – Dispute Support is responsible for analyzing provider pay and invoicing
disputes and making decisions that directly impact financial results. The Analyst evaluates underlying causes,
recommends practical solutions, and contributes to process improvements that help reduce disputes and
safeguard revenue. In addition, the Analyst will act within the values of All Star Healthcare Solutions.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Own the dispute analysis process, with authority to validate, approve, or escalate items that affect
provider pay and invoicing accuracy
Perform financial analysis to quantify the impact of disputes, identifying risks to revenue and
recommending adjustments or corrections
Maintain and enhance dispute tracking reports, ensuring accuracy in performance standards and
financial reporting
Partner with Shared Services Center “SSC” to ensure consistent dispute intake and timely resolution,
exercise independent judgement when applicable and providing guidance when judgment calls are
needed
Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring dispute patterns and recommend solutions to reduce financial
leakage, resolving complex discrepancies, and escalated account issues
Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, and Operations to improve cross-functional processes and ensure
proper coding in financial systems
Develop, prepare and present reports on dispute trends, highlighting financial impact and improvement
opportunities to leadership
Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills / Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Sage Intacct or Salesforce experience preferred)
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and make independent decisions with financial
consequences
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and interest in process improvement
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
3+ years in finance operations, AR / AP, revenue cycle, or accounting roles.
