About the Role :

Cambridge is seeking a Director, Data Intelligence & Analytics with a passion for building modern software and data platforms that drive strategic impact. You would have the opportunity to lead the development, transformation, and governance of our enterprise software and data platforms. You'll oversee a growing team of 12+ software developers and engineers, working at the intersection of cloud computing, data engineering, and software architecture to power next-generation capabilities and insights. The ideal candidate would combine high emotional intelligence with deep technical acumen to lead teams, modernize architecture, and unlock the power of data to drive business innovation - while working with passionate, high-performing professionals across the enterprise.

Essential Duties

What You'll Do :

Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Execute the enterprise strategy for software and data platforms in alignment with business goals.
• Design scalable and secure systems using modern technologies like .NET, Python, Azure, and cloud-native patterns (e.g., microservices, API-first, real-time data processing).
• Champion Agile, DevOps, CI / CD, and engineering excellence to accelerate delivery and innovation.
• Spearhead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migrations, legacy modernization, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications :

Compensation : $185,000 - $205,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
