About the Role

As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be an essential part of the team, helping clients access vital tax preparation services. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Engaging callers to identify and address their needs with professionalism.
• Answering common questions clearly and accurately.
• Scheduling and rescheduling tax preparation appointments while managing multiple calendars.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members.

This contract role will span January through mid-March, with the potential for future opportunities based on program needs. Initial scheduling is 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (Mon-Fri) for 6-8 weeks and likely flexing to 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM (Mon-Fri) for the remaining duration.
