Principal Financial Reporting Specialist

A company is looking for a Principal Financial Reporting Specialist to lead revenue recognition and financial reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

Optimize consolidation and reporting procedures while ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines

Analyze complex revenue transactions and support revenue recognition for various contracts

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with revenue recognition ASC 606, including SaaS

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent

8+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Experience in general ledger account analysis and reconciliation
