Job Description :

Lead a software engineering team driving Agentic AI-first development practices across core business platforms.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers

Oversee delivery, quality, and maintainability of software systems

Implement agentic AI workflows into SDLC processes

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Architecture, and other tech stakeholders

Promote reusable code, automation, and operational excellence

Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and team development

Represent engineering in cross-functional reviews and planning

Requirements : Must-Haves :

7 years in software engineering, with 1 in leadership roles

1 year using Agentic AI in code generation or SDLC

Proven experience leading small to mid-size teams

Familiarity with .NET Core or similar stacks

Strong communication, ownership, and curiosity

Experience in startup or mid-market companies

Ability to guide team members in agentic AI flows

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with Python and Snowflake

B2B or SaaS product background

Passion for mentoring and leadership growth

Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
