Entry-Level Customer Acquisition Specialist

We're a growing marketing and sales team in Parsippany, NJ, looking for entry-level Customer Acquisition Specialists who are excited to start their careers and learn on the job.

In this role, you'll represent leading brands inside top retail locations, helping to build lasting customer relationships while growing your skills in sales, communication, and leadership. This is an entry-level role with full training included. No experience is needed, we will teach you everything you need to know!

What You'll Do :

• Be the face of exciting brands inside major retailers, connecting with customers and increasing brand loyalty
• Drive customer acquisition efforts to attract new customers and grow the client's customer base through personalized interactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales in a retail setting

What We're Looking For :

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
