Master Trades Specialist (AQT)
Performs moderately complex repair or construction of university facilities or property which require specialized training in the HVAC trade. Position performs the installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration components, equipment and systems for a University campus consisting of approximately 200 buildings. Position's primary purpose is ensuring that all HVAC and refrigeration systems and auxiliary equipment are in good working order and that any repairs are completed promptly and properly. Hours for this 4-day, 10-hour position are Wednesday through Saturday, 3 : 30 pm to 1 : 30 am.

Working Conditions :
Frequent standing and walking with some climbing and lifting of materials weighing 50 to 75 pounds. Frequent operation of equipment. Somewhat unpleasant working conditions. Some exposure to several unpleasant elements which are particularly disagreeable. Some element of personal risk and exposure to accidents.
