Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
Source and develop a candidate pipeline while interviewing and negotiating compensation
Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies and recruitment advertising
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience
Previous startup experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of achieving high volume recruiting metrics
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Understanding of recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions
