A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to manage and execute customer implementations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute implementations and projects for customers
Perform detailed discovery regarding customer CRM usage to inform Outreach integration functionality
Act as a subject matter expert on Outreach technologies, advising internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Expert knowledge of technical topics including APIs, CRM integration, security, and privacy
Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies
Admin certification with a CRM, such as Salesforce or Dynamics
Experience with a Sales Engagement Platform
History of collaboration with internal Product or Engineering teams to enhance product features
