REDLattice is seeking a seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to support fielded systems with our government customers, maintaining customer deployed network infrastructure (Linux servers, network services, VPN's, ESXi servers, security solutions, monitoring, etc.) and solving incredibly complex and satisfying technological challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

• Implement security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions on the market
• Perform basic software troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Serve as the main point of contact for unresolved problems
• Install hardware and software including operating system patches
• Responsible for providing computer hardware, software and network technical support to end-users remotely or on-site
• Work directly with clients on new or existing issues, and when necessary, escalating to the relevant teams (bugs, feature requests, or other technical issues)
• Maintaining a good working relationship with the other teams (Infrastructure, R&D, etc.)
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Familiar with SQL / NoSQL queries
• Experience with Linux / Unix systems
• Some familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work across time zones
• Ability to work flexible / non-standard hours
