Hilton Houston Post Oak by The Galleria is searching for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to assist in leading daily operations!

We're half a mile from the shops and restaurants at The Galleria America's fourth largest mall and three miles from Memorial Park and the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center. Downtown Houston is six miles away. Our second-floor outdoor pool has plenty of seating, and we also have a 24-hour fitness center, as well as two restaurants and a bar. Our hotel consists of 448 guest rooms, 18 meeting rooms, and over 29,000 sq ft in meeting space!

The ideal candidate has open availability, previous supervisory experience, and is looking to grow / thrive in the food & beverage industry!

What will I be doing? Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
