What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support the development of medical training content aligned with clinical and operational goals
  • Create engaging training materials, including interactive modules and workshops
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Participate in needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs related to field medical skills initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, health administration, or a related field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication abilities

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with digital tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe, and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
