Position Title : Sous Chef

Salary :  $65,000 to $70,000

Job Summary

Job Summary :

The Sous Chef will be responsible for the successful operation of the Culinary team within our facility. Your duties will include assisting with the supervision, preparation, and cooking of many different cuisines and developing daily menus and their presentation. You will oversee hourly associates and collaborate with the Executive Chef or Chef to create new menus, execute high-level catering, and assist with ordering and inventory. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic culinary professional.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assists the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account
• Assists the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus
• Produces and execute catering events
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
