Responsibilities

  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver engaging presentations, and close new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through networking (Project 100), referrals, and agency-provided leads.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend customized coverage options for individuals and businesses.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products, ensuring they understand their policies and benefits.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to promote trust, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate client records, policy information, and follow-up communications.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to prepare for opportunities to become an agent.
  • Represent the agency with integrity and professionalism while contributing to its growth and community presence.
  • Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Property and Casualty license and Life and Health License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior sales experience and management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and goal-focused.
  • Ability to foster and maintain client relationships.
  • Adherence to high ethical and professional standards.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
