Job descriptionBoard certified / eligible in internal or family medicine. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply. Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates). Open to H1B visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and covered filing fees. (Note : We cannot consider 2026 J1 waiver candidates for this site at this time.) Enjoy flexible scheduling with full-time day positions following a 7-on, 7-off rotation. Work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support—no procedures or codes required. Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents during their inpatient rotations. Compensation : Enjoy a competitive yearly base salary of $280K for full-time days, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive Benefits : 401k with matching contributions. Paid malpractice, including tail coverage. Competitive relocation allowance and commencement bonus.
