Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Supervising and training staff, scheduling shifts, and handling employee relations.
- Managing inventory, controlling costs, and preparing financial reports.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and food service industry.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
