Job responsibilities include :

Assisting the director in the preparation of department budgets, monitoring and controlling expenditures, reviewing and recommending changes to the department budget.

Reviewing and auditing cost data and related analyses pertaining to center operations and preparing related reports.

Supervising the preparation of the month-end closing of financial books and government, center, and corporate financial reports.

Supervising student pay and ensuring bi-annual student benefit fund audits are conducted.

Education and experience requirements include an associate's degree and two years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge of automated financial systems and database management, including spreadsheets, is required.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
