Job Summary : The Dairy Process Worker II will have the ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with the production team to ensure the completion of orders. This position will also provide support to the shift supervisor.

Schedule : Monday through Friday / Start time 4 : 00am

Duties / Responsi bilities :

• Must possess all skills and abilities of a Dairy Processing Worker Level 1
• Report to workstation on time
• Wear proper work attire
• Assist in setting up work area
• Follow SOP, SSOP, GMP, and general safety policies
• Perform all assigned production tasks
• Inform line leader of any issues or questions that might arise
• Ensure the work is being done accurately and to completion
• Maintain workstation organized and sanitized
• Assemble machinery attached to vats
• Open access for pipes to feed product into vat
• Sanitize all machinery equipment and non-machinery equipment including ladders, windows, floors, and drains
• Perform COP / CIP process
• Assist with blending different colors and flavors into kefir by helping operator with blender and making proper connections to vats
• Makes proper connections to receive milk
• Additional Duties as assigned
