Were looking for an AI Innovation Engineer who is passionate about applying emerging technologies, especially AI and machine learning, to real-world challenges. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives at the intersection of cloud, code, and experimentation. Youll be a hands-on contributor to some of our most forward-looking initiatives, working across GCP and AWS to design and deliver solutions that drive meaningful impact. From integrating large language models to building internal tools that unlock team productivity, youll play a key role in helping Ready Computing stay ahead of whats next.

What Youll Do

Lead and Deliver Innovation Projects

• Own end-to-end delivery of innovation-focused initiatives from discovery and prototyping to development and launch
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define technical approaches that solve complex business challenges
• Jump into projects wherever support is needed from architecture to scripting, automation, or integration work
• Maintain flexibility across use cases, adapting quickly to new ideas and technical domains
