Mobile Therapist (MT) – Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)

Location : West & Southwest Philadelphia

Compensation : Fee-for-Service, $35–$39 per hour (based on licensure, experience, and availability)

What You’ll Do as a Mobile Therapist (MT)

Provide individual, child, and family therapy in home, school, community, or telehealth settings.

Conduct clinical assessments to address emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs.

Develop and update individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.

Utilize CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and trauma-informed approaches.

Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate care with the Behavioral Consultant and treatment team.

Document weekly progress notes in compliance with IBHS and agency standards.

Participate in team supervision and professional consultations.

(Typical caseload : 5–15 active clients, adjusted to your availability.)

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) or license-eligible under PA regulations.

Demonstrated experience providing therapy to children, youth, and families in community-based or outpatient settings.

Proficiency with evidence-based treatment models and the ability to adapt interventions to client needs.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with ADHD, autism spectrum, or behavioral / developmental disorders.

Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly preferred.

Knowledge of IBHS regulations and family-centered treatment frameworks.

Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills.
