As the Property Manager for Palm West Village Apartments and Renaissance Park Apartments , located in Anaheim, CA , you will have the opportunity to positively impact your local community by collaborating with our Support Center and investors to create an exceptional experience for our residents. You will be responsible for understanding the wants and needs of our current and future residents by creating an attractive curb appeal, developing a strong reputable presence in Anaheim, and cultivating a fun and friendly atmosphere while being very active in all facets of the day-to-day operations at both properties.

What you’ll be doing :

• Overseeing two LIHTC communities, Palm West Village Apartments and Renaissance Park Apartments.
• Collaborating closely with our Support Center to execute on sales, marketing, and processes that drive operational key results with an eye towards innovative solutions that lead toward significant efficiency improvements.
• Leading by example and exhibiting values and behaviors consistent with the Awesome culture at Eenhoorn
• Acting strategically as the “CEO” of your community, while tactically executing via a hands-on approach onsite at our properties
• Helping your team attain high levels of performance by setting goals, providing best practice solutions, and guiding their development.
• Operate as a liaison between investors and our Support Center team
