Buscamos los mejores profesionales en educacin temprana y personas que quieran aprender una carrera nueva para formar parte de nuestro equipo y comunidad bilinge en Roseville y Mahtomedi. Comparte su idioma y cultura con nios pequeos y hacer una verdadera diferencia todos los das!

Se ofrece un bono de $250 despus de los primeros seis meses (para puestos de tiempo completo)!

  • Puestos tiempo completo, y tiempo parcial (20 horas)
  • Puestos pagados por hora dependiendo de la educacin y experiencia del postulante. Classroom Leads / Maestras $20-$23 hourly and Asistentes and Aides / Auxiliares $16-$19 hourly
  • OT para puestos pagados por hora ("Overtime" - sueldo por hora x 1.5 por horas trabajadas pasando 40 horas en una semana)

    • Responsabilidades principales incluyen :

  • Promover alta calidad en el programa de inmersin al espaol desarrollado para la educacin y cuidado de nios de edades desde 0 a 5 aos.
  • Apoyar a nuestra misin y visin para crear una comunidad cariosa y divertida de educadores y familias para compartir nuestro amor de nios, idioma y aprendizaje
  • Mantener relaciones positivas con las familias.

    • Requisitos :

  • Experiencia y educacin en el mbito de Educacin Temprana determinar nivel de calificacin como maestra / o.
  • Poseer fluidez en espaol obligatorio e ingls preferido.
  • Tener excelente habilidades de organizacin, comunicacin y resolucin de problemas.
  • Trabajar en equipo y profesionalmente.
  • Observar estndares altos de asistencia y comportamiento profesional.
  • Tener una actitud positiva, entusiasta y dedicada para trabajar con nios y sus familias.
  • Participar en orientacin y entrenamiento, otros entrenamientos profesionales requeridos
  • Pasar la evaluacin criminal del estado y tener autorizacin legal para trabajar en los EEUU.
  • Proveer prueba de vacunas que son requeridos por el departamento de salud para nios en centros (Rotavirus, Flu anual, y COVID-19 vacunas son recomendadas).
  • Habilidad fsica para poder cuidar a nios de edades 0-5 y levantar hasta 30 libras.
