- Verify the purpose of the visit and explain the appointment flow to patients
- Assist with procedures, including setup, breakdown, and sterilization
- Have a comprehensive understanding of fixed, removable, endo, surgical, and implant procedures
- Perform clinical notation and documentation
- Collect and execute X-rays
- Discuss and educate patients on treatment options
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Input treatment plan data with precision
- Boost overall morale among team members and patients
