Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Post Ramp Qualification (PRQ) Operations Program Manager to lead the qualification of new components, modules, and processes for iPad and accessories. This role is critical in ensuring best-in-class manufacturing readiness, quality, and operational excellence across global teams.

You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Global Supply Management (GSM), Operations teams, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to develop qualification plans, define milestones, track execution, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth ramp-to-mass-production transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PRQ activities for new components, modules, and processes across iPad and accessory product lines.
• Develop and drive qualification plans, timelines, benchmarks, and risk-mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate build readiness and execution with OEM / CM teams and ensure alignment across Engineering, GSM, and Operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment throughout product qualification and manufacturing phases.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, highlighting status, risks, and critical decisions.
• Track, analyze, and report KPI metrics using dashboards and relevant program-tracking tools.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve readiness and efficiency.
