A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate conversations with account teams and customers to connect objectives with Microsoft offerings
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality solution delivery and customer success
Support program planning, prioritization of engagements, and alignment of Customer Success Plans with account priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field AND 4+ years of customer success or related experience, OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years of experience
3+ years of account experience in customer success with technical deployment management
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Products or other Cloud technologies
3+ years of program management experience
Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
