Key Responsibilities
Input data and handle incoming calls from agency offices, accounts, and policyholders
Maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets while regularly updating account information
Participate in phone rotation and communicate basic account information effectively
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years of call center experience preferred
1+ years of customer service experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus
Insurance experience is a plus
